Frequently Asked Questions:

How Do I Schedule an Appointment?

Please visit our New Patient tab to fill out our appointment request form. From there, you will be directed to book a call with one of our team members to get you scheduled for your first visit.

Do you take my insurance?

We are out of network with all insurance companies. Because of this, we are able to charge one set fee, regardless of which services are provided during treatment. There are no hidden charges or bills in the mail months down the road - when you make an appointment with us, you will know beforehand exactly what the cost will be for the visit. There are no “add-ons” or extras. We accept payment up front in the form of cash, check, credit/debit card, and HSA/FSA. You may be eligible for reimbursement from your insurance company by submitting a superbill (itemized receipt), which we can provide upon request.

What can I expect at my visit?

Our follow-up visits are one hour, all 1-on-1 with the doctor. It will include a combination of chiropractic adjustments, soft tissue therapy, and rehab exercises. For a better idea at what your first visit will look like, please see our New Patients tab here.

What conditions do you treat?

Of course we treat neck and back pain, but we also treat many other conditions such as plantar fasciitis, carpal tunnel, tennis/golfer’s elbow, achilles tendinitis, IT band pain, shoulder pain, and many more!

How many visits will I need?

While each case is different, our goal is to get to the true root cause of your pain. Once we find this, we can give you a custom plan to not just get you out of pain, but also give you a permanent, long-term solution. Most conditions we see in our office experience complete resolution in 9-12 visits. We value honesty and transparency to set clear expectations on your first visit of what it will take to fully heal.
